Web subscriptions

Web subscriptions are billed by Stripe. See Pricing.

• Cancel any time from plan settings in the app. Cancelling stops the next charge.
• Access lasts to the end of the month already paid.
• There are no refunds for part of a month.

Charges made in error

Request a refund for a charge made in error within 30 days of the charge. Charged twice, charged after cancelling, or charged for something that did not work? Email adrien.marsden.apps@gmail.com with the email on your account and the date of the charge.

Approved refunds go back to the card that paid and reach it in 5–10 business days, depending on the bank.

App Store purchases

Purchases inside iPhone apps are billed by Apple, and Apple handles their refunds. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Partner payouts

When a charge is refunded or disputed, a partner share paid on that charge is reversed.

Your rights

Where a law in your country gives you a right to a refund, that right applies. Full terms are in the Terms of Service, sections 12 and 13.
